Delete it yourself
- On the website: sign in, open My Profile, choose the Account tab, type your email address and select Delete my account.
- In the Android app: open My Profile, scroll down, select Delete account and confirm with your email address.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Can't sign in?
Email support@kalvy.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, then delete it and let you know.
What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in details
- Your notes, uploaded files, workspaces and AI conversations
- Your practice tests, attempts, scores and progress
- Your Exam Ground uploads, and any remaining plan or credits
What we keep
- Invoices and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting laws require (currently up to 8 years)
- Exam Ground content that was already added to the shared question library, without your name or account details
Data in backup copies is removed as those backups are overwritten in the normal course. See section 9 of our Privacy Policy for details.
